Participation

The deadline to submit for a booth at the Extravaganza is April 6, 2012.

Extravaganza Overview

The Robotics Extravaganza is a networking opportunity for industry members, Soldiers and government representatives to discuss robotics with key decision makers. The Extravaganza is an opportunity to exhibit and demonstrate technology at lower readiness levels.

The Extravaganza gives industry an opportunity to physically demonstrate accepted technology components at the designated demonstration areas. The technology demonstrated at the Extravaganza can be the same or different technology from what is shown at RTOD2. The Extravaganza technology does not need to fit in the Combat Outpost theme nor must it meet the same criteria.

As a single point of contact for government and contractors, the Extravaganza improves technology visibility and enhances communication between industry and Army leadership, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Program Managers (PMs), users, testers and requirements developers. Other original equipment manufacturers will also be available for networking, giving participants a chance to identify potential industry partners. With all these individuals present, technology and products can receive a broad spectrum of feedback.
